When creating users in iSchool District, please assure that 1) a school as been created to which a user can be assigned and 2) positions have been created to assign to users

School are created through the District Administrator module using the Schools button.

Positions are created through the District Administrator modules as well using the Positions button.

Once these prerequisites are met, then create user by doing the following:

FROM DISTRICT ADMINISTRATOR MODULE

1) Log into iSchool District
2) Select Users from the District Administration menu
3) Select Add New from the menu
4) Populate the mandatory fields (marked with a *), enable the user and insert the record.
5) All done!

From SCHOOL DISTRICT ADMINISTRATOR MODULE

1) Log into iSchool District
2) Select User Manager from the School Administration menu
3) Select Add New from the menu
4) Populate the mandatory fields (marked with a *), enable the user and insert the record.
5) All done!
